Special Guest Speaker-David Morgan

The Chilton County Democratic Party is pleased to welcome David Morgan as our Special Guest Speaker For February 12th, 2026! Calera resident David Morgan is making a bid for election as the the representative for District 41 in the Alabama House of Representatives.

David Morgan has officially qualified as the Democratic candidate for Alabama House of Representatives for District 41, which includes Chelsea, Calera, Columbiana, Harpersville, Wilsonville and Westover in Shelby County.

Morgan, a Shelby County resident, announced his candidacy as part of what he describes as a campaign centered on restoring accountability in state government and refocusing lawmakers on practical solutions to everyday problems facing Alabamians.

“I’m running because the government should listen to the voices of the people it serves,” Morgan said. “Decisions are being made in Montgomery without accountability, and everyday Alabamians are left dealing with the fallout.”
